Enhanced resource provision is support in a mainstream school for children and young people with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) who need extra specialist help.
Children who attend enhanced resource provision remain in a mainstream school setting rather than attending a specialist school, while also receiving additional support, specialist teaching, smaller group work, or access to adapted spaces, depending on their needs.
The following schools have specialist enhanced resource facilities for children and young people with specific special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Schools are grouped according to the primary area of need that their specialist provision supports.
