SEND Improvement and Assurance Board - Improving SEND Services

This page helps parents and carers navigate Derbyshire County Council's EHC Hub. Whether you're contributing to an Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment, review meeting, or simply registering for an account, you'll find a range of helpful guides and videos.

For help with a particular child or young person or their case, please contact the named case co-ordinator. Their name and contact email address can be found within the case details within the EHC Hub under the heading “Case Co-ordinator”.

If you are not a parent or carer, please view guides for professional contributors, or SENDCo.

Please view the 'Related Documents' section of this page to view guides for the EHC Hub relating to:

  • Introduction to an EHC needs assessment
  • using the EHC Hub platform
