LD CAMHS North Derbyshire have organised a number of sessions suitable for parents, carers, staff members and clinicians professionals who directly support children and young people who have a learning disability and/or are autistic, who live in North Derbyshire. These sessions will take place on Microsoft Teams.

Supporting a good night's sleep
Aims:
- To understand about sleep difficulties in neurodivergent young people
- To discuss strategies to help children and young people, and families get a better nights sleep

Managing self-injurious behaviour - learning disability support
Please note: this course is specifically aimed at children and young people with a learning disability, and may be less suitable for autistic children and young people with no additional learning disability.

- To understand about self-injurious behaviour for CYP with a learning disability
- To discuss strategies for managing self-injurious behaviour and reducing distress
