This summer, CANVAS are running a number of creative activities for young people, funded by the UK Government. If you know of families or work with families who you think would benefit from this FREE provision and fall into the eligible criteria please share the details.

If you know families/young people who you think would be interested but who don’t fall into the eligible criteria, don’t worry, we are running a summer of creative activities at the theatre in addition to the below (paid for). This is coordinated by our wonderful box office team with activities led by Hannah & Aisling. Keep your eyes peeled, and again please do share to help us spread the word about all the fab things we are doing over summer.

If that wasn’t enough, we also have 3 weeks’ worth of summer schools here at the Theatre, and two weeks of HAF (Holiday Activities & Food programme) running at Bramblebrook Community Centre this week and next. Alongside the HAF and Cultural Connections programme we also have the fab catering team making FREE lunches for the young people in these programmes. So, a very busy summer all round. 

Cultural Connections - Creative Summer Sessions

  • Families facing financial shock & ongoing financial hardship
