As part of our Continued Professional Development (CPD) offer, we have planned FREE webinars detailed on this page. These are aimed at education professionals but open to all. All sessions will be virtual. Links to access the online webinars will be added at the appropriate time. We have included the topic, dates and times on this page to ensure you can add it to your calendar in advance. There will be approximately 45 minutes of content delivery followed by responses from the trainers to any questions that have been raised in the chat.

Please remember that these webinars are open to all, so no identifying information should be entered in the questions or chat boxes during the meeting.

2026 to 2027 Webinars

New for 2026-7! We will be hosting a county-wide CPD session for schools where we will deliver a staff meeting around 'Relational Practices to Support the ND Community' with activities to embed practice supported by your Inclusion Support Advisory Teacher (ISAT). The same session will be repeated on Monday to Thursday over a week in January. More information coming soon - this will be a bookable activity.

Our popular webinar series will be coming back in 2026-7. Again, we will be delivering at 3.45 to 4.45pm, dates and session aims will appear soon. Our webinars are designed to be useful for both professionals and parent carers working and living with our ND community. You do not need to book the sessions, just join using the live link on this page.

  • Supporting Sensory Needs to Improve Access to Activities
  • Understanding Lived Experience Through the Capture of Authentic Voices
  • Behaviour as Communication
  • Reducing the Chances and Impact of ND Trauma
  • Executive Functioning Skills
  • Supporting ND Adults - we would encourage school Governors to join this.

Our Progression Framework training webinars for professionals will continue each half term. We will be updating the training with more practical examples of how it can be used in your setting.
